1、 Overview
The main harmful gases treated by the acid mist purification tower are sulfuric acid mist (H2SO4), hydrogen chloride (HCL), hydrogen fluoride (HF) gas, chromium acid mist (CrO3), hydrogen cyanide (HCN) gas, ammonia (NH3), alkali vapor and other water-soluble gases, as well as high concentration hydrogen sulfide waste gas that is difficult to absorb, and nitrogen oxide harmful gases produced by nitric acid that are difficult to absorb. Widely used in industries such as photovoltaics, semiconductors, chemicals, chemical preparations, pharmaceuticals, laboratories, metallurgy, light industry, food, electroplating, pickling, petroleum, machinery, and electricity. It has the advantages of high effectiveness, strong corrosion resistance, high strength, low noise, low power consumption, small size, easy disassembly and maintenance, lightweight and durable, and beautiful appearance.
2、 Working principle
The acid mist purification tower is a wet absorption type purification treatment equipment, designed with functions of packing and spray grouping and grading. When treating acidic exhaust gas, sodium hydroxide (NaOH) is generally recommended as the absorption and neutralization solution. When treating exhaust gas as alkaline, neutral water or slightly acidic water is generally used for washing. The exhaust gas is pressurized by a fan into a pressure equalization chamber composed of an inner and outer jacket of the purification tower. The exhaust gas enters the first stage packing function section at a constant speed through a uniform air grille, and undergoes first stage spraying to ensure full contact between the gas-liquid two phases. After the first stage treatment, the exhaust gas is slowed down from the expansion section and enters the second stage packing spray function section, where it undergoes more complete gas-liquid two-phase contact reaction. Then, it is removed from liquid and mist by a dehydrator, and the exhaust gas is discharged into the atmosphere through the exhaust outlet and air duct. The purified exhaust emissions comply with the provisions of Table 2 of the Comprehensive Emission Standards for Air Pollutants GB16297-1996.
3、 Product Features
According to the working environment of each component of the acid mist purification tower, resins with good alkali resistance and high structural strength were selected, and the exterior was made of waterproof and anti-aging adhesive resin. To increase the strength of the tower body, several longitudinal reinforcement ribs are used on the outer shell of the tower body, and cylindrical double tube segmented structures are adopted according to the size of various models. Due to the long-term operation of the purification tower in an acidic or alkaline corrosive gas environment, in addition to bearing the pressure of the tower itself and the solution pressure, it also needs to withstand the wind pressure (positive or negative pressure - about 1500Pa) during operation. It is required that all fiberglass components have good corrosion resistance and maintain high tensile and compressive strength. Therefore, after fully considering and excluding the strength reduction factor under strong corrosion and the discreteness factor of hand lay up molding process, the entire fiberglass component still maintains sufficient reserve strength in harsh working environments, taking into account the characteristics of tower structures and usage environments.
